Helene Blankstone

Helene has always had a interest in holistic therapies which lead to her qualifying as a Reflexologist in 1998.

Over the years she has built up her holistic skills to include Reiki, Indian head massage, Hopi candles, Meditation including breathwork and relaxation

Helene is passionate about her work and also works as a complimentary therapist for a Cancer Charity.
